How To Place An Order

1. Browse Around

All of our products are divided into three categories: Books & Kits, Wood Cutouts, and Supplies. Click on one of those buttons to start. Each category is then further divided. For instance, each book we publish has it's own page with all the kits from it listed there. First, click on "Books & Kits". Next, click on the cover of the book you are interested in. There you will see the book and all the kits from it listed and you can proceed to "Add to Cart". Supplies and Wood Cutouts work pretty much the same way. Please note that each 1/8" Birch Cutout shape is available as a 99¢ Crafty Cuts package (quantities vary), or in a bulk package of 100 pieces.

2. Add to Cart

Once you have found an item you would like to order you need to add it to your cart. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button at the end of each item listing and you will be magically transported to the shopping cart. You can change the "1" quantity before clicking "Add to Cart" or you can adjust quantities from within the shopping cart program. To add more items click "Continue Shopping" and you will go right back to where you were before. You can repeat this process as many times as you like-we certainly won't limit you. Remember, you can always change quantities or remove items later. Nothing is set until the very end when you verify and submit your order. If you are browsing and decide you don't want anything else, just hit "Back" as many times as necessary to get you back to the shopping cart.

3. Shipping Costs

Here's where we try to make sense of shipping costs. Problem is, it's amazingly simple. To us, anyway. If you are ordering books only it goes like this: 1 book-$3.50, 2 books-$5.00, 3 books-$6.50, etc., to a maximum $9.00. If you are ordering wood or a combination of wood and books it goes like this: Any amount is $9.00. So when you are checking out click the "shipping" link and click the correct button-books only or reg items. Big Disclaimer here: USA only. Everyone else proceed to "Foreign Orders" section.

4. Foreign Orders

This also includes any order that can't be sent via USPS Priority Mail. These orders have to be taken to the Post Office personally by one of our overworked staff members. They can be shipped UPS but it is much more expensive so my generosity kinda runs out. If you want your package sent UPS simply state it in the "special instructions" box when checking out stating that you will assume all cost. No matter which way you chose we follow the same basic procedure-We charge the actual cost of shipping plus a $9.00 handling fee (remember the overworked employee). This will be charged separately and not on the shopping cart. the shopping cart will only charge you for the goods. The shipping will be charged later.
Please note: we accept credit card only for all foreign orders.

Due to the poor mail service in Mexico, we will NOT guarantee deliveries to Mexico. You do so at your own risk!

5. Check Out

Once you have all your items in the cart and your shipping costs figured you are ready to check out. This is the easy part. Just follow the instructions. Remember to include an e-mail address and a valid phone number. We may need to contact you if there are any discrepancies or problems with your order. When you have double checked everything and are ready to send it to us, click the final "Submit Order" button and you are done. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and a credit card receipt also. These will come seperately. If you don't get a credit cart receipt from Card Service International there may have been a problem with the card. We will receive your order within an hour or two and will ship it as soon as possible. Often within 24 hours but usually not more than three days. We are striving for the 24 hour mark for all orders.

6. Wholesale Customers

We no longer sell wholesale. Our current prices are well below our previous wholesale prices.

7. Give Us Your Feedback

OK, this isn't a required step but it would help us to serve you better. Let us know ways to improve the site, products you might like us to carry, what you like or dislike about our books, wood products, hair styles, etc. We strive to bring you the best quality books and wood products possible. Let us know if we're succeeding.

Returns & Shortages
Shortages and damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt. There are no returns on copyrighted materials (books). Returns for any reason other than our error will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Call 1-800-990-9609 for return authorization. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
